Dandruff is the most common problem mostly among all girls and even boys. Home remedies can be very effective to get rid of dandruff. So just check these natural ways out for a dandruff free scalp.

Neem leaves

Neem contains several active constituents that have marked antifungal action and this makes it an effective remedy for dandruff. Take two handfuls of neem leaves, wash thoroughly and add into five cups of hot water. Allow to steep overnight and the next day, pass the liquid through the strainer and use it to rinse your hair.

Amla

Amla is well-known as a hair conditioner but it also has valuable anti-dandruff properties. Mix a little amla powder into water and apply this to the scalp; leave on for about half an hour and wash with water. You could also dry amla and store; when necessary, grind with a little water, mix in two teaspoons of lime juice and apply to the scalp and wash off with shikakai.

Egg Conditioner

Egg is a good conditioner for hair, which make our hair smooth and silky and it also help us to remove dandruff. Beat 2 eggs and add 2 spoon of water in it. Apply this mixture over the hair and massage your scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash your hair with warm water.

Fresh Lime Juice

Take fresh lime juice and mix 10 grams of black pepper powder and then add 1/4th cup of milk in it. Massage your scalp with this mixture and leave it for one hour. Then Wash off. This the simple method for removing dandruff.

Curd

Curd is obtained from fermentation of milk and contains a lot of lactic acid and other ingredients that have antifungal action and this makes it a good remedy for dandruff. Whip curd into a smooth paste in a bowl. Wet your scalp with water, and rub the curd onto the scalp. Leave it on for about one hour and then wash off with water; make sure you wash the curd thoroughly or your hair will develop an unpleasant smell.
