Banana-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk (regular or soy is okay) or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana, broke into chunks

Directions:

Measure all of the ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend well. Pour into cups and enjoy.

Orange-Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions:

Add ingredients to blender. Cover and blend well. Pour into glasses and enjoy

Pomegranate Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Several ice cubes (you can skip the ice when the blueberries are frozen)

Directions:

Cut the banana into chunks. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
