Beer is more popular among men, which frequently cause the condition of big beer belly. For whatever reason, few women who liked to consume beer. It is because, barley-cereal crops that become recycleables of beer, was full of vitamins B1 and B3, in addition to selenium, iron, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and copper, which usefulness would be to maintain healthy skin.

Beer, Almond Extract and Egg White Mask

This mask instantly revives tired skin and it'll also give you such a beautiful glow that individuals would be dying to know your secret. In a bowl, slightly beat an egg white and blend in a few drops of beer along with a little bit of almond extract. Apply this mix on your face for 10-15 minutes until it dries. Rinse and pat dry.

Beer and Strawberry Mask

This mask not just nourishes your skin, it also minimizes the look of blackheads and whiteheads due to the anti-oxidant properties present in strawberries. In a mixer, blend 2 or 3 strawberries along with a few drops of beer. Blend them together until they form an even paste. Apply this mixture in your face and neck area and leave it on for around 20-25 minutes or until it partially dries. Rinse with water and pat dry.

Beer, Lemon, Honey and Olive Oil Mask

mix two tablespoons olive oil, two tablespoons of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and a few drops of beer inside a bowl and apply to the face area and rinse off after 15 minutes to get a clear and zit free skin. This can help big for the people who are having oily skin and zits within their face.

Vinegar, Oil and Beer

Mix all of them: 1 ounce of water, 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar treatment, 1 ounce of beer, and 5 drops of the favorite essential oil (for smell). Rub the answer throughout hairs and rinse it.

Beer Mixture

Pour beer mixture onto hair and massage into scalp for some minutes and then rinse with cool water. Beer also increases the texture of your hair and adds natural shine into it.

We all know that beer is rich in heart friendly antioxidants. But did you know that your favourite beer could be healthier than you realise. Beer can help you lower the risk of heart diseases, strokes, gallstones and kidney stones.

Reduces Heart Disease :

Vitamin B6, found in beer,  prevents the build-up of homocysteine, an amino acid which has been linked to heart disease.  Higher levels of homocysteine in our bodies can make us more susceptible to vascular and heart diseases.

Reduces The Risk of Cancer : 

Beer has found to be an aid that will help in reducing the carcinogens and thus it helps in reducing the risks of cancer in a moderate beer drinker. Beer has certain compounds or enzymes that help in breaking down or fighting carcinogens.

Lowers Cholesterol :

Moderate consumption of beer has been shown to increase the HDL cholesterol and lowers the low-density lipoprotein (LDL), also know as the bad cholesterol in postmenopausal women.  Analyzed data suggests more than one or two servings per day is not productive and considered detrimental.

Increase Brain Health :
Drinking beer can also help you to protect against Alzheimer’s and other brain degeneration. Women who drank just one beer per day had improved brain function. The beer also seemed to offer a protection against cognitive decline.

Reduces the Risk of Diabetes :

Enjoying a beer or two per day can also reduce your risk of developing diabetes. Lowered the risk for middle-aged men by as much as 25 percent.  However, the benefits stopped after drinking more than two beers per day, so don’t let the good news cause you to celebrate too much.
