Healthy eating is the need of an hour.Today, where life is surrounded by so many hectic tasks,people are unable to find a single moment to pay attention for what they are eating everyday.It includes both the sexes- the men and the women.The dietary requirements are different for both of them.

Healthy Diet :

Tomatoes :
A pigment called lycopene is found in tomatoes. Lycopene prevents breast cancer in women.It also reduces the risk of getting various heart diseases in women.

Nuts :
A 1 oz. serving daily of nuts, such as Planters Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts, may help reduce your risk of heart disease. Peanuts are nutritious and have monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and dietary fiber to help support a healthy heart.

Spinach :
Make sure there is produce on your plate during every meal: fruits and vegetables contain potassium, vitamin C (an antioxidant) and phytonutrients, which may act as anti-inflammatory agents.

Sweet Potatoes :
Eat fiber foods, such as citrus fruits, oats, barley, apples, pears, cabbage-family vegetables, carrots, sweet potatoes, and dried beans and peas. Oats and barley contain beta-glucan, which can lower cholesterol.

Spinach :
Spinach is rich in magnesium, minerals and contains lot of vitamins which are necessary for the healthy body.Magnesium plays a very important role in reducing the PMS symptoms such as weight gain, swelling in different parts of body, bloating and breast tenderness.
